COVID-19 Update – Impact on Shipping & Home Deliveries

A Note to Our Customers:

The continued health and safety of our customers and employees remains our first priority. Due to increased seasonal demand and the on-going challenges presented by COVID-19, delivery of your Tempur-Pedic® order will be impacted over the next several weeks.

White Glove Delivery:

Please note that for your well-being and the protection of our delivery agents, in certain limited areas, we may not be able to offer in-home delivery or set up / installation services throughout the coming weeks. Additionally, in certain limited areas, delivery agents may not be permitted to remove an existing mattress or box spring from your home.

UPS Ground:
Please note that due to carrier delays, it may take up to 1 additional week to receive your item(s). 

We try to make our delivery and shipping charges simple and fair. We want you to be as happy with the delivery of your product as you are with the product itself.

Free Standard Shipping  Currently Delayed

We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US.

(Currently Unavailable)  Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for $25 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $40 per order.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii

Currently, we offer only UPS Ground shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order.

Special Shipping (remote locations, APO/FPO addresses)

We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US.


Mattresses, Foundations, Frames, TEMPUR-Ergo Adjustable Bases

We deliver Bed orders using our White Glove Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to.

When Will I Receive My Order?    

Delivery time varies, depending on the distance from one of our delivery hubs to your home. Average delivery is 1 - 2 weeks, depending on your location. We can help you track your order anytime at 800-821-6621.

Special Delivery Requests

Saturday Delivery: please place your order by phone and we can quote pricing for Saturday delivery.

Faster Delivery: please place your order by phone, tell us how quickly you need it, and we can quote pricing for expedited delivery.

Special Delivery Conditions: if there are any unusual circumstances (such as multiple flights of stairs) please note them when you place your order and again when we call to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure we have the correct equipment and staff to deliver your bed. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme does not provide expedited shipping. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme can be delivered to AK/HI and US Territories for additional $50 shipping fee.

Delivery Pricing

We offer Free White Glove Delivery within the continental United States for mattress + foundation and mattress + adjustable base orders. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme does not provide expedited shipping. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme can be delivered to AK/HI and US Territories for additional $50 shipping fee.

For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme does not provide expedited shipping. TEMPUR-Topper™ Supreme can be delivered to AK/HI and US Territories for additional $50 shipping fee.

For APO/FPO addresses, we cannot ship mattresses, foundations, frames or Ergo adjustable bases

On Delivery Day

When we deliver your new bed, there must be an adult (18 years and older) at home to accept delivery and sign to accept. We’re sorry, but if there is no adult, we can’t leave your new product.
